Dear milonguero friends,
We're delighted to announce the addition of two extraordinary milongueros to our August 2010 program:
Eduardo 'El Nene' Masci - teaching with Maria Plazaola. El Nene has danced tango almost as long as he can remember and has become renowned on BsAs dance floors in the last decades for his soft, subtle style. One of Maria's favourite men to dance with - and the focus of many a woman's eye! - he also attracts the curious gaze of many men as he passes by their tables. "How DOES he do that step?" Read more about El Nene: http://www.milongueandoenba.com/new/english/p_nene.html
Alberto Dassieu - teaching with Eva Garlez. Alberto, too, has spent much of his life on the dance floors of his hometown. His passion for the music and the dance have led him to teach in recent years, most frequently with Eva, who has come to know his technique and style with in-depth knowledge and respect. "Tango should be danced as poetry," says Alberto. Read more about him here:http://www.milongueandoenba.com/new/english/p_dassieu.html
