This furnished apartment offers a good location in downtown Buenos Aires and “La City”, the business center. With a four people capacity, it is equipped with all you will require during your stay in Buenos Aires.
While entering, you will come in the living room which has a sofa-bed (2persons) and a window giving on the interior of the building. Next to the living room, you will find a bar with four high chairs separating the living room from the kitchen.
The open kitchen is equipped with microwaves, refrigerator with freezer, gas cooker with oven, coffee maker, toaster, complete crockery and other cooking utensils. Behind the living room, you will find a small hall giving access to the bedroom and the bathroom.
The bedroom has a Queen Size bed, a closet, a television and household linen. It is luminous because of a window looking onto the interior plaza of the building. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bath-tub and towels.
Other features of the apartment, it has air-conditioning in the bedroom and the living room, telephone line and fax, stereo hifi, television with cable, High Speed Internet, maid services once a week and central heating.
You will be close to "9 de Julio Avenue" known for being the largest Avenue in the world, close to "Corrientes Avenue" where you can find a great array of boutiques, bars, restaurants and cultural places . You will be near the pedestrian streets "Florida" & "Lavalle" attractive for their boutiques; near subway line D; the famous "Galeria Pacifico" & the most beautiful monuments of Downtown Buenos Aires
